Transformation begins here
I work with women in the spaces between who they've been and who they're becoming... in the boardroom, the barn, the mirror, or their own skin.
Together, we explore what still feels true, what you're ready to release, and what becomes possible when you begin to recognize yourself again.
with love and magic,
The Heart of My Work
Alchemy has always been about transformation... taking what already exists and creating the conditions for something to shift.
We are always changing. Sometimes intentionally. Sometimes because life changes us. And sometimes we realize that who we are on the inside has quietly outgrown what we see reflected back at us.
The work begins with curiosity... a willingness to explore, to look inward, and to notice what emerges. We honor what has brought you to this point, discern what still feels true, and release what no longer does... making space to recognize the woman who is here now.
Because transformation isn't necessarily about becoming someone new.
Sometimes, it's about finally seeing who you've already become.
Maybe you've been feeling it.
You open your closet and realize half of what's in there belongs to women you used to be.
You hear yourself say yes to something and immediately wonder why the hell you just said yes.
You catch yourself doing something the way you've always done it and think... wait. Do I even want this anymore?
Maybe nothing is wrong.
Maybe you've changed.
Maybe you're remembering something about yourself that got lost somewhere along the way.
Or maybe you're finally recognizing something that's been there all along.
That's interesting.
Let's get curious about that.
Why me…
I've always been fascinated by people... what shapes us, what changes us, and why we do the things we do.
I'm curious by nature, deeply intuitive, pragmatic when it counts, and rarely far from a sense of humor.
I take the work seriously.
Myself? Considerably less so.
“Working with Shelley was both a really deep experience and just a really fun portal into the next version of me.
She saw a newer version... or perhaps even a truer version... than I could see within myself.”
~ Amy
What are you holding onto?
A version of yourself that made sense ten years ago?
A story you've told yourself so many times you stopped wondering whether it's still true?
A closet full of clothes for a woman who apparently has a very active social life somewhere... just not yours?
Maybe it's time to get curious.
Not about who you should become.
About who you are now.
Your story isn’t too much.
It’s exactly the material we’ll transform together.
Mindful medicine. Meaningful care. Bold coaching.
